Chase Finance: A Case Study

The Digital Embassy were engaged to undertake a strategic process to define the required functionality and understand key business drivers for the development of a new website to further enhance the online reputation and service provided by Chase Finance.

Chase Finance: A Case Study

Introduction

Chase Finance are equipment and property loan specialists with over 200 years experience within their expert team. They help develop and grow businesses with financial support and expertise to purchase equipment such as motor vehicles, trucks and trailers, busses, forklifts, cranes, tractors and other agricultural equipment.

The Digital Embassy were engaged to undertake a strategic process in-conjunction with Chase’s business stakeholders to define the required functionality and gain an understanding of key business drivers for the development of a new company website. The aim was to further enhance the online reputation, promotion of Chase’s financial services and assist in capturing qualified leads.

The Task

Chase Finance approached The Digital Embassy to help provide a digital strategy for the development of a new website in order to help consolidate and drive greater online engagement across all digital channels.

A strategic workshop was carried out with key stakeholders within Chase Finance to understand and outline the key business objectives to facilitate the creation of an online presence that befits their reputation in the marketplace, attract further interest in Chase Finance’s services and broaden their market toward the services they offer.

This information would go on to provide the direction for a WordPress website redevelopment project that would incorporate responsive finance application forms and a client login portal to improve the overall engagement for users and the accessibility to the services provided by Chase Finance for both new and prospective clients.

Content Strategy

In-conjunction with the digital strategy workshop, a content planning and strategy process was also undertaken in order to review all existing content and its associated language, tonality and personality across both online and offline materials in order to ensure a consistent message is communicated and appeals to the desired audience on the appropriate channel.

A content strategy workshop was undertaken and the findings provided the foundation and direction for all future content creation.

Responsive Loan Application Forms and Account Login

The development and implementation of responsive loan application forms provides users with the ability to lodge finance requests based on their personal criteria for the acquisition of plant and heavy equipment, residential or commercial property, motor vehicle or lifestyle finance options.

The inclusion of account login functionality also allows existing users access to vital account information and an opportunity for Chase Finance to further improve and increase their client engagement with campaign specific messaging through this portal.

The Results

The resulting website has provided Chase Finance with a state of the art, conversion optimised and mobile responsive website solution. The new website is expected to enhance their digital business reputation through the effective marketing of their financial service capabilities, while increasing prospective acquisitions through highly qualified lead enquires, tailored specifically for each service category . The new website also provides Chase Finance with a platform for future functionality integration and growth to keep themselves at the top of the financial services industry in Adelaide and South Australia.
