THE CLIENT

Health Partners is South Australia’s largest open health fund, providing hospital and extras cover to over 80,000 individuals. Health Partners offers strong expertise in both dental & optical care as well as owned & operated Health Partners Dental, SA’s largest private dental practice. 

Health Partners also owns Health Partners Optical, offering the best in eye care, alongside exceptional benefits and discounts. Its members have access to a growing network of quality health care professionals including partner pharmacies and physiotherapists. .

THE RELATIONSHIP

The Digital Embassy™ has been the appointed digital agency and services provider of choice to Health Partners since 2010. Rather than being appointed for a single project, the agency has been utilised by Health Partners for a range of digital communication and support initiatives in an ongoing strategic capacity. 

These activities include strategic consulting, creative, SEO and digital marketing, the development of various digital assets, Pacific Health Dynamics (formerly Agility) OMS platform integration and hosting support initiatives aimed at driving new membership, streamlining customer experience & processes and improving member retention.

 

OUR APPROACH & RESULTS

Back in 2010 when Health Partners initially begin working with The Digital Embassy™ the brand only had a basic online presence, no mobile or social footprint and relied heavily on print, radio and TV channels to build and communicate with its 30,000+ membership bases. 

Today Health Partners has doubled its member base to over 80,000 and enjoys a record rate of membership retention and customer satisfaction. With the continued assistance of The Digital Embassy™ the organisation has successfully adopted various digital communication strategies which has seen a sharp increase in online quotes, join signs ups, purchases and member claims.

BY THE NUMBERS

The Health Partners website continues to achieve significant improvements in user engagement and online sales. On average, pages per session have risen by 26%, average session duration is up by 38.66%, bounce rate has decreased by 21.03%, and traffic from search engines has increased 25.97% while providing 58.6% of all online sign ups. 

With an ongoing digital campaign strategy in place, these results are forecast to grow and evolve. The mobile Claiming App has received a high amount of downloads on the app store as well as receiving high rating from users.
