WHAT - The Hearing Centre is a New South Wales based Audiologist practice that provides hearing aid and hearing miniaturisation services across five locations around the Sydney metropolitan area. With over 25 years’ experience, they are government accredited and recommended by doctors and specialists across the state, having fitted over 10,000 hearing aids utilising the most modern technologies and practices available.
WHAT - The Hearing Centre approached The Digital Embassy to become a preferred digital partner and create a website optimised for lead conversions. The site would provide relevant information to users, support their competition based campaigns and enhance their business reputation as experts to those experiencing difficulties with hearing and general ear health.
The Digital Embassy were requested to provide WHAT - The Hearing Centre with a fully responsive, mobile optimised business grade WordPress website solution designed with advanced functionality, including the ability to promote their range of services and develop online competitions to increase leads. The website needed to be designed to differentiate The Hearing Centre and communicate their reputation as accredited Audiologists.
The website was required to help highlight and promote their depth of service in providing relevant information relating to overall health and benefits of hearing aids and manufacturer specific products. The use of patient testimonials would allow WHAT - The Hearing Centre to provide potential customers with a valuable insight into the depth of their service and quality of life improvements their products could provide once fitted.
A competition portal was created to allow WHAT the ability to easily integrate registration functionality for campaign specific marketing purposes.
This portal can be activated when required to align with campaigns to help generate awareness with sign-up and automated email functionality available at the click of a button.
This modern, mobile friendly and conversion focused website has allowed WHAT - The Hearing Centre to further enhance and improve their customer service and levels of engagement with online consumers. The responsive nature of the website redevelopment saw an increase of 66% in mobile visitors and 21% for tablet users in the 6-month period after launching when compared to the same period of time before going live.
Overall site traffic also recorded a dramatic increase of 40% comparatively and with the integration of additional features such as competition campaigns, inclusion of lead capture forms, location listings and more relevant content on products, services and advice, lead conversations from the website have increased in-line with notable improvements in overall online visibility within search engines.
