The Digital Embassy has just received a South Australian Interactive Media Excellence (SAimX) award for the Health Partners mobile claiming app. The SAimX is supported by the Australian Interactive Media Association (AIMIA), the Advertiser, and The South Australian Film Corporation.
The app provides simple functionality to allow Health Partners members to make claiming easier and send through to Health Partners for processing.
The app was a challenging project as it had to meet Health Partners expectations as well as the expectations of their member base. The development required complex coding behind the scenes for both iOS and Android operating systems to ensure compatibility with multiple devices. Chief Marketing Officer, Robin Sands commented, “The mobile claiming app was a special project as we’ve already had a long established, successful relationship with Health Partners. It has been rewarding to see the app get so many downloads and be used by the large membership base of Health Partners. To be recognised by the SAimX awards is terrific recognition for everyone that has been involved.”
Health Partners’ Brand Development & Communications Manager Amanda Herriman added, “We have had terrific results with members using the app to submit their claims for processing. It simplifies the process for our members and shows that we are committed to improving their experience with us.”
The Digital Embassy CMO Robin Sands shares the good news with Health Partners Online Services Coordinator Carly Pedersen and Brand Development and Communications Manager Amanda Herriman.
The Digital Embassy received a highly commended award for the Mollydooker web site in the category of Business and eCommerce. The site features creative use of technology by using parallax which is usually seen in video games and was an excellent way to present Mollydooker’s creative flair and unique ‘Alice in Wonderland’ style.
