How ElectricSuper simplifies their members’ journey with super through a new website platform.


Superannuation has a reputation for being complex and difficult to understand, but ElectricSuper wanted to turn that around.

ElectricSuper is a not-for-profit superannuation scheme for people in the electricity supply industry. The ElectricSuper team is dedicated to simplifying super for their members by providing personalised face-to-face and over-the-phone service.

The newly launched ElectricSuper website (electricsuper.com.au) brings their high quality, personalised service online by providing relevant, accessible information to members in all stages of their ‘journey with super’.

Developed by The Digital Embassy, the ‘journey with super’ concept supports the key value of ElectricSuper as a super fund for life and helps ElectricSuper simplify superannuation for their members. Through their new website platform, ElectricSuper can create tailored content for different member groups to help them understand the role that super can play in their life.
