The Digital Embassy is seeking a solution-focused, Digital Business Development Manager to support our sales activities for our Adelaide-based agency. The role is open to applicants who seek either permanent full-time or part-time employment and enjoy working collaboratively with others in a team environment.

As a member of our team, you will be accountable for managing digital sales opportunities and lead generating activities to support new client acquisition for the agency.
This includes successfully managing the new prospect/client experience from punctually responding to lead enquires, qualifying prospects, coordinating agency resources to develop proposals and tenders, and being able to effectively communicate the value proposition of our company’s capabilities and initiatives.
You will work with the business solutions, marketing, and project teams to manage inbound sales as well as to identify and implement opportunities to increase the acquisition of new business opportunities.
We are seeking someone with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience across a variety of web-based disciplines. You will have a good understanding of current web technologies, development and server administration processes, UX and UI principles, SEO and Google Analytics, CMS platforms (i.e. WordPress, Kentico or similar). Strong business development, proofreading, project estimating, and documentation skills will be essential.
You will need to have a problem-solving attitude and a track record in achieving sustainable growth. We are seeking a team player able to collaborate effectively internally, with clients and prospects to understand and interpret their requirements into solutions that are value-generating and financially viable for all parties.
While not mandatory, having previous local digital agency experience will be looked upon very favorability.
