New Position: Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a passionate, evidence-based and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The role is open to applicants who seek either permanent full-time or part-time employment.

The person we are looking for will have a minimum of 3 years of industry experience and a willingness to make a significant contribution to our business and client initiatives. While not mandatory, previous local digital agency experience will be looked upon favourably.

As a member of our team, you will be required to draw from your skills and experience to champion digital marketing activities including planning and implementing strategies and campaigns, while working to a standard that will elevate and generate immense value for our business and client stakeholders.


The role

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate a high level of competency in SEO and implementing data-driven, evidence-based practices using Google & Social Media Analytics, AdWords, Google Tag Manager, Remarketing, PPC, Split-testing and Email Marketing. Ideally, they will also maintain all relevant Google Certifications.

Experience in inbound and cross-channel content marketing using copywriting skills and website CMS platforms such as WordPress and Kentico will also be looked upon favourably.

On the environment side, this role will best suit someone who is a strong communicator and highly organised by nature. They work equally as well in a team as well as independently, providing digital marketing solutions that solve problems and generate tangible value.


Key Responsibilities

  • Development and implementation of digital marketing plans and campaign activities for both clients and our agency
  • Digital marketing, sales, and lead generation activities for the agency
  • Client pitching and proposal writing
  • Set up and monitoring of Google & Social Media Analytics, AdWords, Google Tag Manager, Remarketing, SEO, PPC, Split-testing and Email Marketing activities
  • Maintaining the relationship with Google and all relevant Google Certifications

Annual Salary package offered will be relative to experience.
