Our Adelaide based agency is seeking a passionate Digital Content & Administration Assistant to join our team. A flair for writing content for web and passion for IOT and tech is what we’re primarily after. The person we are looking for doesn’t necessarily need industry experience, however passion for IOT, willingness to learn and to go above and beyond expectations are a must.

The work will be challenging but also rewarding and constantly changing. The person will be working and closely supporting most Agency teams, prioritising the Marketing and Administration teams. Having prior Social Media Management, Google Analytics and Google Ads skills and knowledge will be looked upon favourably.

On the environment side, this role will best suit someone who is friendly and very approachable (you will be an agency point of contact for internal and external stakeholders), a problem solver and is able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Lastly, you will be empowered and expected to learn new skills on Digital Media, Development & Design.


Your main responsibilities and duties will include:

  • Transform tech speak into compelling copy / content.
  • Produce quality web content to quickly engage, inform and excite.
  • Write web development, web design and digital strategy and marketing White Papers and Case Studies.
  • Maintain Blogs & Social Media Channels including but not limited to: General website content, Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram & Twitter.
  • Overlooking and maintaining existing Digital Campaigns on different platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Campaign Monitor, etc)


Other responsibilities include assisting the Digital Marketing, Web Development, Design, Management and Administration teams with the following duties:

  • Answering our main phone line
  • Greeting Agency guests and clients
  • Doing the weekly / monthly shopping for stationery and groceries.
  • Housekeeping duties

Job Type and Category

The role is a full-time position internship. We will also consider a part-time internship (equivalent to 4 days a week)

Business hours are 8.30 to 5 pm, Mon to Fri



Annual Salary package offered will be relative to experience.
