Coronavirus COVID-19 Update

The Digital Embassy team is fully operational and committed to serving its clients, and delivering all projects and services.

Due to events surrounding Coronavirus (COVID-19), Management has put in place precautionary measures to protect the health, safety, and wellbeing of our clients and employees. These measures are in line with the latest guidelines and recommendations provided by SA Health and the Australian Government Department of Health.

These include the following:

  • Our business and studio remain fully operational. In the event, government directives change and we are advised to transition to remote working we do not expect any disruption to services for clients
  • Client and visitor meetings will be encouraged to be held virtually where possible. As an alternative to physically attending meetings, our team will coordinate and arrange meetings via telephone and virtual conferencing facilities
  • All office visitors will be required to use the COVID Safe Check-In for each visit
  • ‘In office’, or on location meetings are by appointment only under Covid Safe conditions. From Monday 29 November 2021, all clients, suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors that visit our office for any purpose must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 with a vaccine approved by the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration. This is following the result of the recent lessening of Covid-19 restrictions and the state government’s introduction of the new Test, Trace, Isolate and Quarantine (TTIQ) model, within South Australia from Tuesday 23 November 2021. Any person with an official medical exemption will need to provide proof of a negative Covid-19 test result for the 72-hour period prior to seeking entry with full medical exemption details. Verification of vaccination details must be shown by way of a digital vaccination certificate for each visit. This medical information will not be recorded anywhere by The Digital Embassy, only sighted by an authorised representative of our company.
