St.LukesHealth wanted to redevelop their website to give current and potential members a valuable and intuitive experience. It was important that the St.LukesHealth website supported their brand and matched customer care centre experiences. They wanted to increase brand awareness, improve lead generation and conversion, and better position their products.

Kentico EMS Platform for E-commerce

We selected the Kentico EMS platform due to its competitive advantages for e-commerce, including profiling and personalisation capabilities.

St.LukesHealth now have an easy to use, intuitive EMS platform that allows their marketing team to readily update and schedule the publication of pages, content and forms. This empowers them to create compelling campaigns, capture new customers, and nurture their current customer base.

Location Personalised Cover Selector

We wanted to provide new clients with a seamless search for healthcare cover information, simplifying their options. To do this, we introduced location-based personalisation for healthcare cover options.

The Cover Selector feature now helps users find the right level of insurance to meet their needs. It configures product-pricing data to the user’s location, giving users from all across Australia an intuitive, personalised search experience.

HAMBS Integration

By integrating with the Hospital and Medical Benefits System (HAMBS) software via a SOAP API, we are able to provide automated up-to-date pricing for St.LukesHealth packages.

The location personalisation and HAMBS integration work together to provide seamless information gathering in the user journey, improving the UX delivered through the website.

E-communications

By integrating the website with external CRM systems and email marketing software, we empowered St.LukesHealth marketers to deliver on their long-term strategies.

A sophisticated e-communications sign-up system now plays a part in allowing St.LukesHealth to develop their communications strategy and reach a wider audience.

Results

In the first month since going live, St.LukesHealth received a 118% increase in homepage views compared to the previous month indicating increased brand awareness.

In the same period of time, the website bounce rate declined by 28%. This shows that fewer visitors now exit the website upon arrival, indicating that website visitors now find what they are looking for and navigate to that page successfully.

Comparing pages viewed per session over the same period, we see this has increased by 49% to 4.2 page views per session. This indicates that visitors are navigating deeper into the site than before now that relevant content is easily accessible.
